Monika is everything you could ever hope for in a realtor and more. She goes above and beyond to understand your goals, provide a plan, and work with you to meet them. This was my first real estate sale and the home needed work. Within days I was meeting with her and an affordable contractor she recommended . She could have easily had him meet with just me, but instead spent a good part of her day to be there and ensure we all understood what the estimates would include. Monika was in constant communication throughout the entire process from start to end. Any text or call got an almost immediate response, and she let me know ahead of time if she was going to be unavailable for a brief period. She is also an incredibly thoughtful person who really wants you to be happy at the end of the journey. Five stars isn’t enough!
